I am a stay at home mama of two amazing little cubs and a bonafide "bread lady". I started my sourdough journey only recently and developed a deep love and passion for bread making. Sourdough is bread made by the fermentation of dough using wild naturally occurring yeast. It is a centuries-long traditional way of creating bread which takes takes time, patience and dedication.
